KUALA LUMPUR, 8 Dec 2008: The weather forecast is that there will be moderate to heavy rainfall in several districts of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Johor and Melaka until tomorrow.
This condition can be expected to cause floods in low-lying areas and river banks, the Meteorological Department said in a statement today.
The department has also forecast moderate to heavy rainfall in Sarawak until Wednesday, and has warned that this could result in floods in low-lying areas and river banks. — Bernama
